IMPORTANT REGISTRATION NOTE: Our website platform no longer accepts online registrations after a class has started. If you would like to register your child after the start date, please email us at support@ayaart.co and we will be happy to assist you. Expressive Arts After School classes will take place on Mondays from 3:15 - 4:15 at Del Sur Elementary. Session 1 is a five week session that takes place August 17th - September 21st. Session 2 is a five week session that takes place September 28th - October 26th. Session 3 is a four week session that takes place November 2nd - December 7th. Session 4 is a three week session that takes place February December 14th - January 11th. Session 5 is a four week session that takes place February 1st - March 1st. Session 6 is a five week session that takes place March 8th - April 5th. Session 7 is a six week session that takes place April 19th - May 24th. Due to the school being closed on August 17th, we will be offering a make-up class for the class originally scheduled for that date. Make-up class details will be communicated to families via email. Please note, there will be no after school class on 9/7, 11/16, 11/23, 12/21, 12/28, 1/18, 1/25, 2/15, 4/12 due to school not being in session on these days. If you are interested in attending a custom number of classes in a session, or are unable to attend every class, we will be happy to prorate your session. Cancellation Policy
To ensure we have sufficient time for scheduling and planning, please request cancellation of your registration at least 14 days prior to the start of the first session included in your purchase to qualify for a refund. For bundles, including full-year bundles, this policy applies to the entire bundle and is based on the start date of the first session. Once the 14-day window has passed, we are unable to issue refunds for any remaining sessions. If your request qualifies for a refund, it will be processed on the Friday of the week it was submitted.
