Del Sur Summer Camp #1

Service Description

Session 1 of our Expressive Arts Summer Camp explores new methods of personal expression through mixed media. Think playful, tactile, and unconventional materials like gelli plate printing, liquid acrylics, candle making, textiles, and more! Our students have the opportunity to delve into mixed media with the structure and support to walk away with confidence to create with any new medium. Bundle sessions are also available! This expressive arts summer camp will be facilitated in a shaded area of Del Sur Elementary Park! The exact meeting location will be delivered to registered participants a week prior to the first day of camp. Address : 15820 Paseo Montenero, San Diego, CA 92127 *** Please note, this camp is currently scheduled to take place at Del Sur Neighborhood Park, across the street from Del Sur Elementary. We are in the process of getting approval from the school to host our camp on campus. If this update is made, parents will be informed via email! Students should come prepared with paint friendly clothes! We recommend that students also bring sunblock, a water bottle, and a good sized lunch to camp each day. There will be a designated 25 - 30 minute lunch each day, but students are welcome to eat or have a snack whenever they feel the need to. There is also a few playgrounds inside of the park that students will have time to play on during lunch time as well.
